"十一国庆节"免费七天
    根据国务院下发《重大节假日免收小型客车通行费实施方案》。《方案》规定，免费通行时间为春节、清明节、劳动节、国庆节四个法定节假日。2018年国庆节全国收费公路继续实施免收小型客车通行费政策。小型客车免费通行时间为：10月1日（星期一）0时开始，至10月7日（星期日）24时结束，免费7天。7座（含7座）以下载客车辆免费通行。其中，普通公路以车辆通过收费站收费车道的时间为准，高速公路以车辆驶离出口收费车道的时间为准。

"十一国庆节"期间天气情况
        通辽市气象局预计“十一”假日期间(10月1日至10月7日)，我市天气以晴为主，气温先升后将。其中，1日至4日全市晴，气温缓慢上升；受冷空气影响，5日至6日有小阵雨，并伴有4~5级偏西风，雨后气温下降4~6℃，全市大部分地区有霜冻或轻霜冻。总体看来，1日至4日天气晴好，适宜出行，5日后需注意防范降水、降温天气对假日出行、人体健康等的不利影响。

       据数据统计，最近两年（2016年、2017年）国庆期间的公路车流量呈持续增长趋势，增长率一般保持5%左右。
      国庆假日期间每天车流量分布具有显著特点，G304线鲁北-霍林郭勒段一级公路和白音华-霍林郭勒一级公路最近两年国庆期间各收费所车流量数据分析结果表明，节日第1天、第2天为出行高峰期，第5天、第6天为返程高峰期，节日第7天车流量呈平稳下降态势。
      司乘朋友们国庆假期出行时，可参考上面所述的车流量分布特征，合理规划出行时间，尽量错峰出行。
