上海海事大学法学院与我所签署 《校外实习基地试点合作框架协议》

2017年4月19日下午，我所主任唐左平、合伙人吴军、专职律师佘雪晴、行政经理陈英豪一行4人赴海事大学法学院参加《校外实习基地试点合作框架协议》签约仪式。



法学院党委副书记相雷在签约仪式开始前先带领唐主任一行参观了法学院各具功能的教学区域与设施，包括模拟法庭、图书资料室等，感受法学院优越的学习环境和特有的学院文化。



      签约仪式由法学院院长王国华致辞。王院长代表学院党政领导对我所提出的校外实习基地建设合作表示欢迎和感谢。她充分肯定了校外实习对法学院学生的重要意义，表示将全力支持和配合，希望在未来落实框架协议内容，共同为法学人才培养作出贡献。


      法学院党委书记李希平和我所主任唐左平代表双方签署了合作协议。


      签约仪式后，唐主任为法学院研究生作了题为《法律学人的职业生涯选择——从法官到律师的职业生涯漫谈》的专题讲座。讲座中，唐主任结合自身十几年从业经验，在职业选择上为年轻学子作了深入浅出的利弊分析，就法律生涯规划提出了中肯的建议与期许。讲座后，唐主任还就学生们的就业困惑、如何开办事务所等问题作了解答。


      签约仪式及宣讲活动结束后，唐主任与李希书书记、相雷副书记、国际法教研室主任于耀东老师等进行了座谈，商议实习接纳操作细则。5月起，法学院将陆续派遣研究生来我所实习。实习学生将在我所合伙人、专职律师带教下，参与案件谈判、法律检索、证据收集与分析、代拟法律意见、案情讨论、会务记录、组织模拟法庭、撰写工作信息、法律课题调研、事务所知识管理等各类诉讼及非诉法律辅助事务。


      实习基地项目的启动是我所与海事大学法学院合作交流的第一步，也是领港所积极履行社会责任跨出的重要一步。
