关于开展2015年大学生创业英雄上海海事大学校内选拔赛的通知

各位同学：
　　为积极响应上级号召，，配合中国青年报社、KAB全国推广办公室，选树一批创新创业典型人物，进一步推动营造“大众创业、万众创新”良好氛围，我校团委将在校内开展2015年大学生创业英雄寻访活动，为我校创新创业提供一个更好的平台。现就有关事项通知如下。
一、活动时间
从即日起截止2015年11月

二、活动目的
通过寻访选树一批大学生创业典型，引导我校大学生积极投身创新创业实践。
三、组织机构
指导单位：团中央学校部、全国学联秘书处
　　主办单位：中国青年报社、KAB全国推广办公室
　　媒体平台：团中央学校部、中华全国学联、KAB创业俱乐部微信平台
承办单位：共青团上海海事大学委员会

四、征集对象及报名流程
1．活动面向本校全日制在校本科、研究生大学生创业者（含休学创业者）及毕业三年内的大学生创业者。
　　2．我校全日制在校大学生创业者（含休学创业者），将由我校团委负责推荐；毕业三年内的大学生创业者可由本人直接向活动主办方报名。
　　3．活动报名请于10月17日之前填写《2015年大学生创业英雄报名表》，提交有关附件材料至smu_bcbs@163.com，并交一份纸质版报名表至学服109科创办公室。
五、评选标准
报名者必须在活动通知下发前注册有实体公司，评选依据主要有三部分：一是创业企业成绩，包括商业价值及社会创新、社会责任价值；二是创业者的创新创业故事，能够体现大学生创业的榜样作用；三是具有较好的社会影响力。
　　活动主办方将根据公众投票与专家评审相结合的方式评选出大学生创业英雄年度10强和大学生创业英雄年度100强（含10强），其中公众投票占评选结果比重60%，专家评审占评选结果比重40%。
六、活动推进
2015年10月1日日至10月20日，活动报名；
2015年10月下旬，开启微信网络投票环节；
2015年11月上旬，网络投票结果及专家评审最终结果公布；
2015年11月中旬，在全国“挑战杯”大赛终审决赛开幕式上为10强代表颁发主办单位证书。
七、宣传奖励
　1．颁发荣誉证书；
　　2．在《中国青年报》推出专栏、专题报道；在团中央学校部、全国学联微信公号（中华全国学联），KAB项目微信公号（KAB创业俱乐部）推出大学生创业英雄的创业故事系列报道；
　　3．邀请参加由团中央学校部、全国学联秘书处主办的2016年全国大学生创业实训营及2016年KAB全国推广办公室举办的高校大讲堂等创新创业活动。
