Education Background
大专及以上学历
College Degree or above
？机械工程相关专业，暖通空调、电气专业优先
Major in Mechanical Engineering and related field, HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and Electrical is preferred
工作经验
Working Experience
？5年以上制药或电子半导体企业或总部或研发中心设施维护维修管理或相关工作经验
5 years and above of working experience on Pharma or Semi-conductor manufacturing or HQ or R&D center in facility maintenance management field
？新建项目的机电设备厂家测试，现场安装、调试，设备验收、人员培训和文件编写和相关移交工作，且有运营筹建经验佳。
Greefield project of equipment or system commissioning and qualification on MEP &HVAC FAT and SAT experience , documentation prepartion ,training and hand over working experience especially maintenance operation set up which will be preferred.

？熟悉并能够根据设计蓝图开展工作
Be able to read and work with blueprints
？熟悉预防性/预测性维护及计算机化维护管理系统
Knowledge and experienced in Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
？能够提供专业技术和解决方案
Be able to provide technical expertise and professional solutions
？熟悉机电及控制的原理及维修保养方法
Understand theory of electromechanical and automation, Knowledge in preventive maintenance tasks execution on electromechanical equipment and general supervision skill
？故障分析及排除能力
Failure analysis and eliminate ability
？有中高级技师或工程师证优先
Advantage is to have middle above technologist certificate or engineer certificate.
